Wonderful Stay
My most positive experience was the good and immediate communication and response from the owner! Steve was very accommodating and proactive in addressing our needs as guest! The home overall was nice and comfortable..

Excellent place and location. Great family vacation.
Excellent place, Steve is always ready to respond to any question. Beautiful house, spacious rooms, towels and bathroom supplies provided. Pool was nice and comfortable. The kids enjoyed playing in it every day. Six rooms and six bathroom, the family enjoyed the game room. Very high tech, family enjoyed living space and kitchen. Would definitely stay here again if available.

Amazing!
This property was simply amazing. Layout was fantastic and just what we needed. Kids may have had more fun here then at Disney…..lol. Owner was friendly and easy to communicate with. House was clean and functional! The game room has inspired me to create something similar in my own home. Just a wonderful visit all together!

Great Family Time !
Enjoyed our "Family Time" in Orlando. The home was as advertised. The owner was responsive to any questions before and during the stay. The game/entertainment room was a favorite of all ! Definitely would stay here again.

Great family vacation
Check in was a breeze and my whole family had plenty of room to spread out. The host was very responsive And helped out quickly with anything we needed. The resort pool was fun and the kids loved the pool at the house too. Most importantly the house was clean and the host responsive and helpful.

I will never stay in a hotel again!
I am so happy that I found this property. It met all of our needs. There was way more than enough room for all of us. The only annoyance was the super long line to get into the property at the end of the day on a couple of nights. I’m not sure if that is the norm but I’m sure there could have been a way to expedite that process. It is a beautiful neighborhood and I will most definitely recommend it to anyone!

2021 Spring Break
Just completed an amazing stay at this property and I am looking forward to next year and the opportunity to do this again. The property is just as described and the location is within 15min (30 in traffic) from everything. The kiddos spent time between the pool, the clubhouse and the PS4 upstairs in the den. The adults spent time playing pool, singing karaoke having drinks outside and everything from the pool to the clubhouse.
It took me a little while to understand all of the smart house gadgets but Steve was available to reply quickly to all of my questions. He made accommodations to make sure my family vacation was everything I needed it to be and I'm completely grateful for that.

Great place to stay
We stayed for 8 nights and had no major issues that weren’t resolved same day. The washer wasn’t working but they came out and fixed it right away. Our only other issue was the valet garbage didn’t run on the morning we checked out so we were unsure what to do with the garbage that day. We bagged it up but did not want to set it outside where something could get into it.
The pool and spa were wonderful. The house was very nice and spacious. Definitely a place we would frequent again.
