Fantastic modern holiday home
Steve really pays attention to detail . The house exceeded all our expectations with everything so modern and clean . The games room was a big thumbs up from all our children and big kids a like ! Beds very comphy , lovely bedding etc..and plenty of towels which is always a bonus ! I can't speak highly enough of this house we would definitely go again .

Wonderful 5 Star Villa
Wonderful stay at a 5 star villa, thoroughly recommend.
The villa provides everything for a magical Orlando holiday in a great location. Centrally located for Disney and Universal parks, also close to shopping outlets and golf courses.
The property was very well maintained, lovely pool area and games room that little (and big) kids thoroughly enjoyed.
Highly recommend!

Fantastic Family Location
Fantastic villa, beautifully furnished and perfect for two families coming together to stay. We had age ranging in our families from 7 weeks to 75 years old and every one of us adored staying here. It's large enough to feel separate when you need to but welcoming enough to feel like home when everyone is together.
Steve, the owner, couldn't have been more helpful with baby items being shipped prior to arrival and also with any questions we had whilst staying there.
The Oasis Clubhouse is great for the kids and adults alike and is only 5 minutes walk.
I genuinely cannot fault one part of this villa or the service we received. We will 100% be back and you've inspired us to invest in our own villa next time we come!
My only caveat and it is a tiny one is that it is a slightly longer drive on the way back from the parks if you hit rush hour on I4, so to say it's 20 mins to Disney is a bit adventurous, but it's worth it when you walk through the door of such a beautiful home.

Lovely holiday villa
Everything about this booking from start to finish was excellent. Even prior to arriving we had excellent communication from Steve and Zoe and when we arrived at the villa we were incredibly impressed with how clean, stylish and highly specified it was. The villa was immaculately turned out, spacious and in the lovely gated development of Champions Gate. Instructions for everything has been thought of by Steve and Zoe. Located excellently for Disney/Universal etc. The local Oasis club was also fantastic yet fairly quiet, so we could easily use all the facilities. My daughter of 6 had the most fantastic holiday which this Villa and its wonderful facilities certainly contributed towards. Would definitely recommend this villa to anyone thinking of booking.

Beautiful home....Amazing holiday!!!
We have just returned from a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. Although the photographs of this home look amazing, they do not do it justice. My family and I have been to Orlando on 12 occasions and this is by far the best villa we have stayed in. Every room is decorated beautifully and to a very high standard and the games room is absolutely fantastic!! We could not keep the children out of the swimming pool which is a lot bigger than it appears in the photographs. This home on Champions gate is at a perfect location to use the beautiful club house, which is just a couple of minutes walk away. The owners Steve and Zoe were a pleasure to book with and could not do enough to make sure we had everything we needed for the perfect holiday. We are already looking at booking our next holiday in this home and have recommended Steve and Zoe to our friends and family. If you are looking for a villa for your own family holiday then look no further, it doesn't get much better than this.

Excellent villa in a new & nice resort community
We have been in Orlando a couple times already. By far this was the BEST villa ever! All appliances are top class - I've never seen a rental villa with so much to offer and only with the best brands. You can see the owner decorated the house with only the best in mind. The beds are the most comfortable we slept in. The kids loved the rooms and the game room with different lights and tv. The swimming pool (south direction) was already under the sun early in the morning and offer good privacy. We also went to Oasis 1 day- the resort clubhouse - and enjoyed the lazy river and the pools. As it was off season and this place is recently open we were almost the only visitors using it and had the paradise for ourselves! :-)
The location of the villa is great and offers easy access to supermarkets & restaurants in the area.
The contact with the owner (Steve) was also flawless! He responded quickly. We had an small communication issue with the management company and I tried to solve it without bothering Steve. Once he heard about the issue he took matter in his own hand and made arrangements that were beyond our expectation. In another words: excellent customer service, excellent quality villa and great owner! I would definitely consider renting this villa again!

Excellent Holiday Villa
This was our 4th visit to Orlando but first in this villa - which completely exceeded our expectations. Our party of 10, aged 3 - 75yrs were accommodated very comfortably. The villa was clean, spacious and finished to a high standard. The facilities were fantastic, we had everything that we needed, and more, and all in excellent condition - exactly as advertised!
Our only disappointment was that we didn't spend more time in the villa!
The management company and owner were friendly and helpful - we arrived out of office hours on a Sunday evening and the owner went out of his way to ensure our arrival was as smooth as possible - arranging for us to go straight to the villa and formally check in the following morning.
Would definitely return to this villa - can't recommend it highly enough!

Great home everything as promised
My family and i needed to find accommodation for nine days before we moved to our apartment for two weeks,after sending emails to several owners Steve was one of the few who was easily approachable the whole process was painless and easy.I asked for a late checkout so i could leave my daughter and grandsons there when moving to our apartment and as there was no one moving in for a few days he told Global (property management co. ) i was there for an extra day so we could leave any time to suit us on the last day.Easy check in at global ( comp coffee and cookies ) then easy drive to home just down 192 and turn left on to the 27 about 10/15 mins to Champions Gate.If you are booking a family holiday and are looking for quality do not look any further you may find a little cheaper but not better plenty of room and facilities for 12 so per head a great deal.The Oasis ( free entry with booking )which opened recently is great you can eat at a sensible rate and activities for children are excellent river pool and great gym a real bonus.Thanks for everything Steve and in the words of a famous actor i will be back.

Feeling more than at home on your holiday
We had one of the best holidays ever. The house is very well maintained with all the luxury you can imagine. You really feel more than at home in this house.
The luxury really stands for big luxury.
The kids loved the pool at the house or at the oasis club on a 5 minitute walk from the house.
Kids and wife are resting at the house after some days in the parks that are just about max 30 min drive away while I could go a play some relaxing golf on one of the many golfcourse closeby.
We will defenitly come back to this place for an active and at the same time relaxing holiday

Does what it says on the tin! Luxurious Fantastic Accommodation!!
We, a family of 4, and another family of 5 have just returned from a 2.5 week stay in this lovely home. We could not have found a more perfect accommodation for our trip to Orlando, it is tastefully decorated, spacious, spotlessly clean, comfortable and has all the mod cons and gadgets you could ask for!!
After a long day at the Parks (which were a straightforward 25-45 minutes away) it was wonderful to come back for a swim or soak in the hot tub before falling into the comfortable bed for a good nights sleep.
The children (ages 4 to 11) had an absolute ball in the games room and the pool, which had the sun all day long. We also went up to the Oasis Club and enjoyed their fabulous pool, lazy river and slides, and took advantage of the pool side drinks service!
Steve, the owner, was a pleasure to deal with during the booking process. He was always quick to respond, both before and during our stay, and was very attentive, sending us tips and news of events happening during our time there.
We could not recommend this accommodation highly enough, I have stayed in other vacation homes in the Orlando area before, and this is by far the nicest one yet. This will be my first choice next time we return, I just hope it is available!!
