We were two families of five sharing the villa and it matched all the descriptions and more, such a fantastic place and ideal for all ages . Kept all the family entertained and adults relaxed 😎 If there was anything we wanted to check or needed fixed owner Steve would answer very quickly and sort it out no bother . We had a day at the Oasis club which was again great kids loved it and all the staff were very helpful . We rented a cabana for the day . Definitely recommend staying here and would loved to go back again ! Thank you

Well what can I say.......... Just stay here, you will not regret it! We stayed in this villa 4 adults and 5 children aged 4, 5, 9, 12 & 16. The location and amenities available both in the villa and on Championsgate itself helped to make our holiday that little but extra special. The villa is so luxurious and the extra touches of the Alexa system by the pool and all the technology around the villa in general impressed us all. The kitchen is well equipped and plenty of glasses, plates and utensils available for use. All parks are within easy reach of the villa by car and the Clubhouse is within walking distance. The owner Steve couldn’t have been more helpful both before we went and during our stay when we had an issue with the pool pump which was rectified the very next day.

My family stayed in luxurious championsgate villa over Christmas and New year. I was expecting good things due to the pictures and description of the villa, when I walked through the front door it did not disappoint. Very spacious and clean, more than enough kitchenware and pool toys. The tablet and Alexa feature connecting the house lights, tv's, heating was brilliant. The games room is the best I've seen in an orlando villa and the karaoke machine was great fun. The manual for all equipment was very useful. The complex is very good with different pools, a lazy river and slide. Champions gate is located just a short drive away from main Disney and shopping outlets. The security for the villa is very good with door code, alarm code and cctv cameras on the property. Finally the owners customer service was second to none. From the moment I expressed interest Steve and Zoe gave me all the information I needed and helped with any questions in quick time. While we were at the villa the internet went down however the owner/management company had an engineer out the next morning to fix the problem. This villa exceeded my expectations and I would recommend it to family and friends. I would book this villa again if I go back to Orlando in the future. Michael & Family

We stayed in this villa as 2 families comprising 4 adults and 8 kids and had a fantastic holiday. We found the villa to be beautifully presented and in a great location. It was really well stocked in terms of towels and kitchen crockery - it was like a home from home! and we were also impressed with how comfy all the beds were. An Alexa sound system was fitted in the lounge, pool area and games room which was really cool. Steve was really quick to respond to any queries we had before and during our stay but we didn't really have any issues that needed attention and most queries could be answered by reading the home instruction folder. The only thing that we thought could have been improved upon was the sun loungers by the pool -a cushion would have made these more comfortable to lie on as they were a bit too hard. The pool itself was fantastic though - kids had a ball playing in it everyday and the jacussi was amazing.....sun all day and early evening as south facing so perfect. The actual location of champions gate was great for travel to the parks (approx 15 mins to Disney ) and easy to find off the I4 - we were at a park everyday for our 2 week stay so this was an important feature. We found the Oasis clubhouse was great too - lovely pools and plenty of sun beds. a bonus would have been a children's playground and a basketball court ....we've enjoyed these in other Orlando gated communities ...but it wasn't a deal breaker. Overall a fabulous villa and I'd highly recommend it - Thankyou Steve for allowing us to share your home!

The house is outstanding spotlessly clean all amenities are great excellent location for the parks we had a small issue with the grill but this was resolved within hours with a brand new grill like the title say all around excellence.

Fantastic villa in a really good location for all disney attractions. Club house on site was particularly useful to wind down in between long days at Disney - great swimming pools with lazy river etc Great holiday in one of the best locations at Champions Gate. Beautiful property superbly decorated such a great find, my whole family enjoyed the Villa so much we will be back! Steve and Zoe were so helpful nothing was ever a problem . The children loved the well equipped games room and the pool . Music by the pool made the evenings so relaxing . Lots of space plenty of room to spread out. Thankyou for letting us share your beautiful home .

Worth the price of admission. House is a 6br/6ba, but the two double bedrooms share one bath which really is not an issue. The one negative was paying the deposit and rent in GBP, as I was charged for conversion fees by bank/credit card, which increases the overall cost slightly.

Just an absolutely wonderful place to stay! It was very safe as the complex is gated. The owner of the property was very accommodating and responsive to any questions or concerns I may have had. 5 stars would definitely stay again!
