Rental Policy

Rental Period & Occupancy:

Check-in and check-out times are set per home, early arrival or late departure times are available subject to availability, additional charges may apply.

Occupancy is set at a maximum per home. Guests must not exceed this limit and will be considered a breach of contract. It may be necessary for staff or agents of the property management company to enter the premises in order to perform routine maintenance or repairs.

 

Rental Payment:


Payment schedules are set per home and all payments must be completed on time per the agreed payment schedule or the booking will be cancelled and all payments made forfeited.

Security Deposit: Most homes require a security deposit which must be provided prior to check-in to act as a security deposit. This security deposit will be used if items are stolen or damaged. The property should be left clean. If the property is not left in a suitable condition it may be necessary to charge the security deposit to cover any additional cleaning costs. Security deposit are normally returned within 72 hours of check out in the event of no losses, damages or additional cleaning fees.

 

Rules


Pets & Smoking: Most homes are Non Smoking and Non Pet Friendly please ensure you stick to the rules set by the home owner and are aware of any penalties / additional clean costs that you will incur as a result of any breach of these rules.

Other rules: Please ensure you are fully aware of  yourself with all rules applicable for the particular home and are aware of any penalties / additional costs that you will incur as a result of any breach of these rules.



Liability Limitations:

Parents must at all times supervise children when using the pool facilities and the resort development facilities. Homeowners or agents accept no responsibility or liability for failure of equipment in the rental property. After notification of equipment failure the home owner or agent will rectify the problem in a reasonable and timely manner. Homeowners accept no responsibility for any lost or stolen items and are not responsible for an items left behind by guests.

Indemnification: Guests herby agree to indemnify and hold the homeowner harmless for injuries and other losses to guest and other persons and property that may occur in connection with the guests use of the property.


Cancellation:


All cancellations must be received in writing.

Please check carefully the cancellation policy for the individual home and do consider taking out travel insurance to protect against any unforeseen cancellations.
