Luxury 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom villa with South Facing Pool and Spa and high end games room is now available for short term vacation rental. Professionally designed, furnished and decorated throughout to an exceptionally high standard with everything you need for a magical vacation whether it be relaxing by the pool or enjoying a great nights sleep after a tiring day at the theme parks. Now open at Champions Gate Resort is "The Oasis" a multi-million dollar clubhouse and water park just 5 minutes walk from the villa featuring Lazy River, Pool, Fitness Room, Volleyball Courts, Family Pool, Cabanas as well as indoor and outdoor dining and Tiki bar.
Accomodation consists of 6 bedrooms (2 kings, 2 queens and 4 single beds across 2 twin rooms). 6 bathrooms, 3 rooms full private en-suite plus poolside bathroom accessible directly from the pool as well as from the sitting room.
Large open plan sitting room, dining room and kitchen so everyone can socialise and eat together including 60 inch HD TV with Netflix & Disney Plus subscriptions as well as bluetooth portable music speaker. Kitchen is fully fitted out with everything you need including a top fo the range Keurig coffee machine and Margaritaville frozen drinks maker to cool you down.
Upstairs Den which is ideal for teenage kids to hang out in including a 50 inch HDTV.
Ultra high end games room consisting of pool table, PS4 with Driving Simulator, Multi game / player Arcade cabinet, bar, dimmable colour selectable mood lighting and 3 x 39 inch HDTV's plus a 60 inch TV above the bar with Karaoke.
Large pool area with casual style seating ,outdoor dining and plenty of room to lounge in cushioned comfort by the pool and spa / jacuzzi.
Our villa is south facing so you will get the full benefit of the florida sunshine from sunrise to sunset. Additionally the rear of the villa looks into a large open area with no direct overlooking and privacy screened left and right so you have a level of privacy not common in vacation villas.
Free High Speed Internet Access including WIFI and Telephone calls anywhere in the United States.
Each bedroom contains a TV. All bedrooms also have USB sockets so charging your mobile devices is easy.

Brilliant - High Quality Property within a new secure development.
We arrived on the 20th Decemeber 2015 for Christmas and New Year. It had been a good few years since we had been in the Davenport area and we couldn't believe how much it had changed. We were familiar with Champions Gate but never realised how large the development had grown. On arrival we were delighted with the location and high standard of accomodation. The property was well equipped and everything within the house was of high quality.
The Patio, Pool and Spa was great especially as the weather was in the 80's.
Home entertainment system was brilliant for relaxing evenings in with a wide range of cable channels and netflix . The games room was great with full sized pool table and Air Hockey.
All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and would definately return. The owners also keep in regular contact to make sure everything is fine.

Fantastic Family Vacation Home
Fantastic villa, beautifully furnished and perfect for two families coming together to stay. We had age ranging in our families from 7 weeks to 75 years old and every one of us adored staying here. It's large enough to feel separate when you need to but welcoming enough to feel like home when everyone is together.
Steve, the owner, couldn't have been more helpful with baby items being shipped prior to arrival and also with any questions we had whilst staying there.
The Oasis Clubhouse is great for the kids and adults alike and is only 5 minutes walk.
I genuinely cannot fault one part of this villa or the service we received. We will 100% be back and you've inspired us to invest in our own villa next time we come!
My only caveat and it is a tiny one is that it is a slightly longer drive on the way back from the parks if you hit rush hour on I4, so to say it's 20 mins to Disney is a bit adventurous, but it's worth it when you walk through the door of such a beautiful home.

perfect for bigger families / groups, modern and spacious
The house is extremely well equipped and has nearly everything one might need. The owner thought of every detail to guarantee a special vacation experience. The environment is quiet and we loved the amenities of the club house. Restaurants and grocery are nearby and driving to the attractions of orlando is really a short trip - so the house es really perfectly located.

Great Place!
Had 8 guys down for a golf outing. Place had everything we needed. Game room was a great gathering place at night! Close to golf courses and food shopping. It was a little bit cold for FL when we were there, but the hot tub was nice to relax in when we got back from golf and fun. Definitely recommended!

Best Family Vacation Ever, with home in Champions Gate!
We had a fantastic time in a wonderful vacation home at 1504 Moon Valley Drive in Champions Gate! Everyone from the owners to the rental agency treated us tremendously!! With our extended family staying in the same neighborhood, we could not have asked for a better family vacation. The home had everything we needed and more. Some in our family played the golf course, which was close and convienent. We had a fun, relaxing, and memorable time that we will charish for years to come, and that is what it is all about. I would recommed the vacation home we stayed in to everyone. It was warm, inviting, beautifully decorated and very, very comfortable.
